Triage Integrated Behavioral Health Clinician
New Opportunity - Triage Integrated Behavioral Health Clinician - LICSW, LMHCThe Triage Integrated Behavioral Health Clinician provides coverage and crisis triage acrossall primary care teams at PCHC.
The clinician works directly with the call center, front deskstaff, integrated care team and medical care teams as the first point of contact when abehavioral health emergency or crisis presents for any PCHC patient.
In this role, you willassess individuals with behavioral health and /or substance abuse issues, and provideappropriate triage and brief treatment services.
This position will also have a float capacityacross all PCHC clinics to provide coverage for IBH clinicians who are out for any extendedperiod.
Ideal candidates will have the following
Qualifications:
o LICSW or LMHC with a minimum of 2 years of experience post-licensure o One (1)year of crisis intervention or behavioral health telephone triage experienceo Preferred experience or internship in a medical setting which supports a primary careintegration model or experience working in emergency room/crisis centerso Commitment to work in community health with the challenges of a high risk, andoften uninsured and diverse patient population.
o Ability to perform duties and responsibilities for children and adultso Bicultural skills and bilingual experience preferred (Spanish)o Previous experience documenting within EHR helpfulo Interest to support the organization's mission, vision and values as it relates tocustomer satisfaction in all interactions with patients, visitors, providers and staff withan understanding and sensitivity to age, spiritual and cultural diversityABOUT PCHC:
